Kivu

Kivu is a strong coffee from the western shore of Lake Kivu in eastern Congo – an area particularly suitable for coffee cultivation. 500 farmers run the Bweremana washing station together with Coffeelac. The high quality of the coffee enables the families to earn a good income. Freshly brewed, it smells deliciously of honey and spices, followed by aromas of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and berries. An intense coffee pleasure with every sip.

The Kivu is suitable for any brewing method. We recommend it as filter coffee, espresso or even in the French Press.
