Chocolate-Tonka-Cherry Dessert

We based our idea on a delicious semi-frozen dessert: a sweet and creamy chocolate-tonka parfait served with juicy, steaming-hot cherries perfects the festivities. White stars shine amongst cherry pieces, cocoa peel and delicate pink cornflower blossoms on our mild Rooibos base. A must-have for all dessert lovers!

Ingredients:
Rooibos tea, cocoa peel, white sugar stars (sugar, rice flour, rice oil, potato starch, flavouring), flavouring, freeze-dried sour cherry pieces, whole sour cherries, pink cornflower blossoms

The nutritional values were calculated on the basis of the recipe and refer to 100 ml of infusion using 1 g tea and brewing for 4–5 minutes. The nutritional values do not represent analytical values.
