Rhubarb Spritzer
Ingredients:
10 tsp fruit tea blend Rhubarb Spritz
500 ml mineral water
Crushed ice or ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour 300 ml boiling water over ten teaspoons of the Rhubarb Spritz fruit tea blend and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Fill a large jug with ice and pour the tea over it. Leave to cool until the tea is completely cold. Now pour 500 ml of mineral water over the tea. If you like, you can add basil.
Your rhubarb spritzer is ready!
Extra-Tip: GIN & TONIC
Instead of mineral water, add 500 ml tonic water and 200 ml gin. The perfect long drink!
